Teaching is my passion; teaching history in particular. I have taught Regular, Honors, and AP level classes in both World and US History since I gained my position at Oakland Mills High School in 2004. Last year I taught 9th grade Regular and Honors US History, and 11th grade World History AP. This year I will be teaching World History AP and World Religions to 11th and 12 graders.
Each course has its own distinctive purpose and meaning within the Howard County Social Studies curriculum. I hope that the introductory material captures the essence of each of these classes. Feel free to contact me with any questions about pedagogy or content.
